🌍 We provide Business Email Hosting Services for businesses in:
At Maddog Global, our Business Email Hosting Services in India are built around a truth that many businesses discover only after embarrassment: the email address you use to communicate with customers, partners, and investors is not a technical detail. It is a credibility signal that every recipient processes before they read a single word of your message. An email from yourname@gmail.com carries a very different message about your business than yourname@yourbusiness.com, and that difference is felt in response rates, in trust levels, and in the ease of closing deals.
We host 1000+ business mailboxes across India and 9 international markets for businesses of every size, from sole traders sending their first professional email to enterprise teams managing dozens of departmental mailboxes with compliance archiving requirements. Every mailbox we provision is correctly configured with SPF, DKIM and DMARC email authentication from day one, protected by enterprise-grade spam filtering that blocks 99% of junk before it reaches your inbox, and backed by 99.9% uptime so your email is always reachable when it matters most.
💡 The business email reality: 75% of consumers trust a business more when it uses a custom domain email address. Emails sent from correctly authenticated domains achieve inbox placement rates that are up to 40% higher than unauthenticated emails. And since February 2024, Google and Yahoo require proper SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration for all senders, meaning unauthenticated business emails are increasingly filtered or rejected entirely. Professional email hosting is no longer optional for any business that depends on email communication.
Business mailboxes actively hosted across India and global markets
Email server uptime SLA guaranteed across all Business Email Hosting plans
Spam block rate achieved across all hosted mailboxes on our platform
Technical email support coverage for all business email hosting clients
Every business email account we provision is built on all four of these foundations from the moment of setup. An email hosting provider that neglects any one of them is not providing professional email. It is providing managed communication risk.
Your emails reach the inbox, not the spam folder. Correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration tells Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and every other email provider that your outgoing mail is legitimate. Without these three records correctly set, even perfectly written business emails from reputable senders land in junk folders and are never seen by the recipient.
99% of incoming spam, phishing and malware blocked before it reaches your inbox. Enterprise-grade filtering analyses every inbound message for spam patterns, known malicious senders, phishing links and email-borne malware. Legitimate emails always get through. Junk almost never does. Your team spends time on real communication, not sorting through hundreds of daily spam messages.
99.9% email server uptime guaranteed. Your business email is your most critical communication channel. Every minute your email server is down, you are missing inbound enquiries, delaying customer responses, and creating the impression of an unreliable business. Our infrastructure is built on redundant servers with automatic failover so downtime is measured in seconds per year, not hours per month.
End-to-end email security protecting your business from the most common attack vectors. TLS encryption for email in transit, anti-phishing protection preventing brand impersonation, email account brute-force protection, two-factor authentication support, outbound email scanning to catch compromised accounts sending spam from your domain, and DMARC policy enforcement preventing unauthorised use of your domain in email attacks.
From a single professional mailbox for a sole trader to a complete managed email infrastructure for a team of 200 with compliance archiving, shared mailboxes and department aliases, our Business Email Hosting Services cover every email requirement your business has at every stage of growth.
Professional business email on your own domain, so every email you send carries your brand name and not a free provider. Unlimited email addresses on your domain such as yourname@yourbusiness.com, info@yourbusiness.com, support@yourbusiness.com and as many custom addresses as your team requires. Large mailbox storage on each account, IMAP access for full two-way sync across all devices, POP3 access for local email archiving, webmail access from any browser on any device, and ActiveSync for seamless mobile sync with iPhone, Android, iPad and any other mobile device your team uses. Full compatibility with Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, and any other standard email client.
Explore →Complete email authentication setup protecting both your outgoing deliverability and your domain's reputation. SPF record configuration specifying exactly which mail servers are authorised to send email on your behalf. DKIM key generation and DNS record setup adding a cryptographic signature to every outgoing email that receiving servers can verify. DMARC policy creation and DNS record deployment telling receiving servers exactly what to do if an email claims to be from your domain but fails SPF or DKIM checks. Ongoing DMARC reporting analysis identifying unauthorised use of your domain and guiding policy tightening from monitoring mode through quarantine to full rejection policy over time. TLS certificate management ensuring all email in transit is encrypted.
Explore →Enterprise-grade inbound email filtering blocking spam, phishing, malware and business email compromise (BEC) attempts before they reach your team. Multi-layer spam scoring using real-time blacklists, Bayesian content analysis, sender reputation checks, and greylisting. Phishing link detection scanning every URL in incoming emails against known malicious site databases. Email attachment malware scanning catching infected file attachments before your team opens them. Quarantine management allowing your team to review filtered mail and release false positives. Per-user spam sensitivity tuning for team members with different communication profiles. Outbound spam scanning ensuring a compromised mailbox cannot turn your domain into a spam source that gets blacklisted.
Explore →Team email management tools for businesses where multiple people need to access, manage and respond from a shared email address. Shared mailboxes allowing multiple team members to access and manage a single inbox like support@yourbusiness.com, sales@yourbusiness.com or accounts@yourbusiness.com, with full visibility of who has read and responded to each message. Email aliases routing multiple addresses to a single mailbox without creating additional accounts, such as routing hello@yourbusiness.com and contact@yourbusiness.com to your main info inbox. Distribution lists and mailing lists for sending one email to a defined group of internal or external recipients. Delegation settings allowing assistants and team members to manage email on behalf of specific individuals.
Explore →Tamper-proof email archiving for businesses with legal, regulatory or organisational requirements to retain email history. Legal hold functionality preserving specific email records from deletion during litigation or investigation. eDiscovery search capability allowing legal teams to quickly locate specific emails by sender, recipient, date range, or keyword. Audit trail recording all access to archived email. Supports SEBI, IRDA, RBI and other Indian regulatory retention requirements as well as GDPR, FCA, SEC and international compliance frameworks.

Parallel-run migration process keeping both your existing and new email systems active and synchronised during the transition period so not a single email is missed or lost. DNS MX record cutover only after full verification of the new environment. Post-migration support for seven days to catch and resolve any issues that arise after the switch. No technical knowledge required from the client side.
Explore →Seamless email synchronisation across every device your team uses. IMAP configuration support for any email client that does not support ActiveSync. Step-by-step setup guides for every major device and client including Outlook for Windows and Mac, Apple Mail, Gmail app, Samsung Mail and all major alternatives. Simultaneous sync across unlimited devices per mailbox, with full sync state preserved so reading an email on your phone marks it as read on your desktop immediately. Remote email wipe capability for lost or stolen devices through account management.
Explore →Powerful email management automation tools reducing manual email handling. Email forwarding rules routing specific emails or entire mailboxes to internal team members or external addresses. Autoresponders for out-of-office notifications, instant acknowledgement of enquiries, support ticket confirmations, and any other automated email response requirement. Server-side filtering rules automatically sorting, filing or forwarding emails based on sender, subject, domain, content keywords or any other header attribute. Catch-all mailbox capturing any email sent to your domain even to addresses that do not exist as active mailboxes, preventing loss of emails sent to old or mistyped addresses. Blacklist and whitelist management overriding spam filter decisions for specific senders or domains.
Explore →Email business continuity ensuring your team can continue sending and receiving email even during planned or unplanned server maintenance. Email spooling service queuing inbound emails during any server downtime and delivering them immediately when the server is restored, ensuring zero email loss during maintenance windows. Emergency webmail access through a secondary server providing access to recent email history during outages. Automated email backup with configurable retention creating point-in-time restores of individual mailboxes or entire email accounts. Mailbox restoration from backup for accidental deletion recovery. Disaster recovery documentation ensuring your team knows exactly how to access email in any failure scenario, eliminating the operational paralysis that an email outage creates for unprepared businesses.

ActiveThe most common technical failure in business email hosting is incorrect or missing email authentication. Many email hosting providers provision your mailbox and leave SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration as an optional step in a help article. We configure all three correctly at the time of account setup, before your first email is sent. This means your emails have the highest possible inbox placement rate from the moment your account is active. It also means your domain is protected from the email spoofing attacks that use unconfigured domains to send phishing emails that appear to come from your business.
Email migration is the aspect of switching email providers that businesses fear most, and for good reason: a badly managed migration can lose historical emails, miss inbound messages during the transition, and leave your team unable to access their email history for hours or days. Our parallel-run migration process keeps your existing and new email systems synchronised during the entire transition. Your team can work normally from their existing email accounts throughout the migration, and the DNS cutover to the new system happens only after we have verified everything is working perfectly. The switchover is invisible to your team and your correspondents.
Email technical issues are some of the most difficult problems for non-specialist support teams to resolve, because they often involve the interaction of multiple systems: your email server, your DNS records, the recipient's email server, and the spam filtering decisions of major providers like Gmail and Outlook. Our email support team understands all of these systems and their interactions. When you report an email deliverability issue, we do not just tell you to check your spam folder. We analyse your DMARC reports, review your sending reputation, check your DNS records, and identify the specific cause of the problem and its solution.
A sole trader starting out needs a very different email configuration from a 50-person company with departmental shared mailboxes, compliance archiving and mobile device management. Our Business Email Hosting plans scale to match your business at every stage. Adding new mailboxes takes minutes. Upgrading storage is instant. Adding compliance archiving, shared mailboxes or additional features does not require migration to a new platform. You start with what you need today and add capabilities as your team grows, with our support team managing every change without any disruption to your existing email service.
Business email hosting that delivers your emails to spam folders, goes down when you most need it, or requires hours of configuration to work correctly is not a service. It is a liability. Our Business Email Hosting Services are built around the outcomes your business needs: inbox delivery, clean inboxes, reliable uptime and expert support when something needs fixing.

Final synchronisation pass capturing any emails received during the migration period. Comprehensive testing of the new environment confirming every account can send and receive correctly. Client configuration guides provided for every email client and device your team uses. Cutover readiness sign-off before any DNS changes that affect mail flow.

When you choose Maddog Global as your Business Email Hosting Services partner in India, you get a team that understands email infrastructure at the level required to keep your business communication reliable, secure and always delivered to where it needs to go.
The entire value of sending a business email depends on it being read. An email that lands in a spam folder has a read rate of under 5%. An email that reaches the inbox has a read rate of 20% to 40% depending on your relationship with the recipient. The difference between these two outcomes comes down largely to email authentication, sending reputation and technical configuration. Our Business Email Hosting Services configure everything that controls inbox placement correctly from day one, giving your outgoing emails the best possible chance of being seen, read and acted upon.
Every email you send from yourname@yourbusiness.com rather than from a free email provider is a subtle but consistent credibility signal. It says your business is established, invested, and takes its communications seriously. Research shows that 75% of consumers trust businesses more when they use custom domain email, and that this trust difference is measurable in response rates, sales conversion, and the perceived legitimacy of the business. The annual cost of professional email hosting is trivial compared to the ongoing credibility dividend it pays in every business relationship it touches.
Without correct email authentication, anyone on the internet can send an email that appears to come from yourname@yourbusiness.com. This is how business email compromise (BEC) attacks work: an attacker sends a fake invoice or wire transfer instruction that looks like it came from your email address to your customers, suppliers or staff. A correctly configured DMARC policy set to reject mode means that any email claiming to be from your domain but failing authentication checks is rejected before delivery. This protection is not just good security hygiene. It protects your customers, your suppliers, and your business reputation from being weaponised by attackers.
Without effective spam filtering, a typical business email inbox receives 100 to 300 spam emails per day. Processing this volume, even at 5 seconds per message, consumes 8 to 25 minutes of productive time daily per team member. Across a 10-person team over a year, that is 350 to 1,000 hours of productive work lost to spam processing. Our 99% spam block rate reduces this to a manageable trickle of occasional false negatives, returning that time to your team for actual work. The ROI of effective spam filtering, measured in recovered productive hours, exceeds the cost of the entire email hosting subscription many times over.
One of the most underappreciated risks of free email providers and cheap hosting is what happens to your email history when an employee leaves, an account is accidentally deleted, or a provider relationship ends. With our Business Email Hosting Services, your email data is yours, it is backed up, and it is accessible regardless of team changes. When an employee leaves, their mailbox history can be transferred to a new owner or archived for reference. When a dispute arises, email evidence is searchable and available. When a compliance audit occurs, archived email records can be produced. Your email history is a business record, and it deserves to be managed as one.
Modern business teams work across multiple devices, multiple locations, and multiple email clients. A business email setup that works perfectly on desktop Outlook but syncs poorly on mobile, or that updates the read status on phone but not desktop, or that requires manual download rather than push delivery on mobile, creates invisible friction that accumulates into real productivity loss. Our Business Email Hosting Services support full ActiveSync push delivery across all devices, full IMAP sync maintaining consistent mailbox state everywhere, and step-by-step configuration support for every device and client your team uses so every team member has a seamless, reliable email experience from day one.
Business email requirements vary significantly by organisation size, industry, regulatory environment and communication volume. The right email hosting configuration for a regulated financial services firm is very different from what a five-person creative studio needs. We serve both with the same reliability and configure each with the features their specific situation requires.

Genuine results from Indian and global businesses that chose Maddog Global as their Business Email Hosting Services partner and now have email infrastructure that works reliably and professionally every day.
"We had been on a cheap shared hosting email setup for three years and our sales team was constantly complaining that their emails were going to spam at prospects. I assumed the prospect emails were just getting filtered as cold outreach. After Maddog Global audited our email setup, they found we had no DKIM record and our SPF record was wrong. Every email we sent was failing authentication checks. They fixed both records, set up proper DMARC reporting, and within two weeks our sales team reported a noticeable improvement in email response rates. One of our salespeople said it was like going from shouting through a wall to a normal conversation. The setup took them less than a day and we had been living with the problem for three years."
"We run a legal practice in Dublin with six solicitors and our previous email provider was giving us persistent problems with emails disappearing, mobile sync failing, and no useful support when things went wrong. The migration to Maddog Global's business email hosting was handled completely by their team with absolutely no downtime during the transition. We did not lose a single email and our entire team was up and running on the new platform the same day. The mobile sync now works properly for the first time. The spam filtering is excellent. And when I had a question about setting up a new mailbox for a new joiner, I got a proper answer within an hour. It sounds like it should be the baseline for any email provider but apparently it is not."
"We are a SEBI-registered investment advisory firm in Mumbai and were using a well-known free business email platform that did not offer the archiving capabilities our compliance team required. Maddog Global set up our email with full SEBI-compliant archiving, tamper-proof retention, and eDiscovery search capability. The migration from the old platform was done over a weekend and on Monday morning the entire team of 18 people was working normally on the new system with all their historical email intact. Our compliance officer specifically commented that the archiving search capability now saves hours every time we need to retrieve email records for regulatory queries. The difference in operational confidence on the compliance side was immediate."

Free email services like Gmail and Yahoo give you an email address at their domain rather than yours. When you email someone from yourname@gmail.com, you are using Google's brand in your professional communication rather than your own. Business email hosting gives you an email address at your own domain such as yourname@yourbusiness.com. Beyond the professionalism difference, business email hosting provides significantly larger storage than free tier accounts, professional spam and malware protection calibrated for business use, email authentication setup protecting your domain reputation, shared mailboxes and team collaboration tools not available in free accounts, guaranteed uptime SLAs with technical support, email archiving for compliance and legal purposes, and the ability to retain email history when team members change. The cost of professional business email hosting per mailbox per month is less than the cost of a cup of coffee, making it one of the most cost-effective credibility investments any business can make.
The most common causes of legitimate business email landing in spam folders are technical rather than content-related. Missing or incorrect SPF record: your domain does not specify which servers are authorised to send email on your behalf, so receiving servers treat your emails as potentially fraudulent. Missing DKIM signature: your emails are not cryptographically signed, making them indistinguishable from spoofed emails to automated spam filters. Missing or incorrectly configured DMARC policy: without DMARC, even emails passing SPF and DKIM checks are treated with lower trust by major providers. Poor sending IP reputation: if your email is sent from a shared IP with other senders who have spam complaints, your emails inherit those negative reputation signals. Sending patterns: sudden increases in email volume can trigger spam filters even for legitimate senders. We audit all of these factors during our email hosting setup process and correct any issues before your first email is sent from the new platform.
Yes, and this is one of the services we are most careful about because the consequences of doing it badly are severe. Our migration process uses a parallel-run approach. First, we provision your new email accounts and begin migrating existing email via IMAP while both systems remain active. Your team continues using their existing email accounts normally throughout the migration period. Second, we migrate all historical email, folder structures, contacts and calendars where supported by the source system. Third, once the initial migration is complete, we do a final synchronisation pass to capture any emails that arrived during the migration period. Fourth, only after verifying that all email has been successfully migrated and the new environment is fully functional do we update the DNS MX records to route new email to the new servers. The DNS update typically happens on a Friday evening or Saturday morning to minimise business impact during the brief propagation period. We then monitor actively for 24 to 48 hours post-migration to catch any issues immediately. Most clients experience zero noticeable disruption to their email service during migration.
Our business email hosting is compatible with every standard email client and device. Desktop clients include Microsoft Outlook for Windows and Mac (all versions), Apple Mail on macOS, Mozilla Thunderbird, eM Client, and any other IMAP-compatible client. Mobile devices include iPhone and iPad using both Apple Mail and the Outlook app, Android phones and tablets using Gmail app, Outlook app, Samsung Mail, and any other standard email app. Web access is available from any browser through our webmail interface which does not require any software installation. We also support Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync protocol which provides push email delivery, calendar sync and contacts sync to mobile devices without polling intervals. Configuration guides for every major client and device are provided to all clients, and our support team can assist with any device or client setup that is not straightforward from the standard guides.
Email archiving is required for any business operating in a regulated industry where email records must be retained for a specified period, and advisable for any business where email forms a significant part of its contractual and operational records. Regulated industries requiring email archiving typically include financial services (SEBI, RBI, FCA, SEC requirements), legal and professional services, healthcare, and any publicly traded company with shareholder communication obligations. Our email archiving service automatically copies every inbound and outbound email to a separate, tamper-proof archive that is separate from the live mailbox system. This means archived emails cannot be accidentally deleted, are retained for the configured period regardless of what happens to the live mailbox, and are searchable by full text, sender, recipient, date range and any other attribute through our eDiscovery interface. Legal hold functionality allows specific email records to be preserved from any deletion process when litigation or regulatory investigation requires it. Our archiving is also valuable for non-regulated businesses as a business continuity measure, ensuring email history is never lost due to accidental deletion, departing employees or platform changes.
A shared mailbox is an email inbox that multiple team members can access, read and respond from simultaneously, using a single email address such as support@yourbusiness.com or sales@yourbusiness.com. Unlike a standard mailbox where only one person has access, a shared mailbox allows your entire customer support team, sales team or accounts team to work from a single visible email address without any one person being a bottleneck or single point of failure. All team members see the same inbox, can see who has read and responded to each message, and can respond from the shared address rather than from their individual address. A shared mailbox is distinct from an email alias, which simply forwards emails to individual mailboxes without providing a shared working space. Shared mailboxes are the right choice for any customer-facing email address that multiple people need to manage, for any team inbox where you need visibility of who has handled each message, and for any address that should remain accessible when specific team members are out of the office or leave the organisation.
DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication Reporting and Conformance) is an email authentication protocol that does three things. First, it tells receiving email servers what to do with emails that fail SPF or DKIM authentication checks: deliver them normally, send them to spam (quarantine), or reject them entirely. Second, it generates daily reports sent to a designated address showing every server on the internet that sent email claiming to be from your domain, and whether those emails passed or failed authentication. Third, when set to reject policy, it actively prevents your domain from being used in email impersonation and phishing attacks. DMARC reporting is valuable because the reports show you two things: all the legitimate services you use to send email on your behalf (so you can ensure they are all correctly configured in your SPF record), and any unauthorised sending using your domain name (early warning of an active impersonation campaign). We set up DMARC in monitoring mode initially for all clients, review the reports to ensure all legitimate senders are captured in the SPF record, and then progressively tighten the policy to quarantine and ultimately reject to provide the strongest possible domain protection. Every business that sends email should have DMARC configured.
Whether you are still using a free email address that is quietly costing you credibility in every conversation, struggling with emails that go to spam despite being completely legitimate, or managing a growing team whose email infrastructure has never been properly configured, the conversation you need to have starts here. Professional business email is the most affordable credibility investment your business can make.
